Terms and conditions for cancelling projects and service agreements.
This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling a project or service agreement with Apprest Smart Pvt Ltd. We understand that business needs change, and we aim to handle cancellations fairly and transparently.
To cancel a project or service, you must submit a written cancellation request to info@apprest.site with the subject line "Project Cancellation Request". The cancellation will be effective from the date we acknowledge receipt of your request in writing.
If you cancel before any work has begun (within 48 hours of signing the Project Agreement and before the project kick-off meeting), you are entitled to a full refund of the advance payment, minus a 10% administrative processing fee. Cancellations after 48 hours but before commencement will incur a 20% cancellation fee on the advance payment.

Once a project has been delivered and accepted by the client, cancellation is not applicable. Post-delivery issues should be addressed through our warranty support or maintenance agreement.
Monthly maintenance and support contracts may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Annual contracts may be cancelled with 60 days' written notice. Refunds for unused portions of prepaid annual contracts will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, minus a 15% early termination fee.
Apprest Smart Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel a project in the following circumstances:
In such cases, we will deliver all completed work and refund any payments for work not yet commenced.
